We seek a Microsoft Go-to-Market Lead who will be responsible for growing and serving clients within targeted industries as a Director in the Digital Advisory domain. This role may be based out of most of our offices with an existing team largely in our Richmond, VA location.

Responsibilities



  • Set the strategy, plan, and execution path for our Microsoft Go-to-Market activities including from offering development to opportunity sales strategy to deal close plans

  • Lead a go-to-market process to grow the Microsoft Practice by collaborating with business development leads, to progress pipeline and drive to closure of signing with delivery teams

  • Expand and maintain ecosystem relationships and alliance engagement with Microsoft to educate and enable for channel pipeline growth and signings

  • Consistently grow the practice through expansion of services to existing clients and by obtaining new clients

  • Recruit, develop and retain go-to-market talent for the Microsoft Practice while developing a strong community with a growth culture


 Qualifications 



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science. Masters (MBA, MPA, or similar) is nice to have.

  • 7-10 years of experience, within a consulting industry environment, leading client sales pursuits, engagements in strategy, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft solutions.

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience growing pipeline and signings for a consulting practice in Microsoft technologies with depth in one or more of the focus or growth industries highlighted above.

  • Knowledge in Microsoft solution selling and consulting delivery for Azure, Power Platform, Sharepoint and Dynamics

  • Candidate's strongest traits must be in client service and pipeline progression, leading to growth by building or expanding the Microsoft Practice consulting community

  • Strong leadership and people development skills

  • Excellent problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
