We are hiring an exceptional leader to help drive our business transformation by directly supporting the Corporate Vice President (CVP) of Security, Compliance and Identity Marketing, their leadership team, and the overall SCI product marketing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business operations, creating and managing the rhythm of business (ROB), delivering on strategic and organizational initiatives, and designing and executing business processes, procedures, and communications to meet key objectives and priorities.

This individual must have a blend of outstanding strategic business, cross-group collaboration, and communication skills—and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, eager to learn more from customers, partners, and peers, and focused on driving for results while concurrently being empathetic and agile. This is a great learning opportunity for a candidate who wants to broaden his/her perspective on how an end-to-end business is run, enabling growth for broader scope and responsibility.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities include:

Strategy: work with the leadership team (LT) to build and drive short- and long-term strategies that meet business goals.

Operations: drive and support the overall rhythm of the business (ROB), including All-Hands meetings, manager meetings, offsites, morale events, and certain training events.

Communications: work with the CVP and LT to develop presentations and messaging relating to the team’s mission, its key projects, people development efforts, and team culture initiatives

Budget, compliance, and staffing: ensure that the planning processes with the LT are well-run and completed in a timely fashion.

Collaboration: partner with cross organization stakeholders such as the LT, Human Resources, Recruiting, Finance, and other Business Managers in Cloud Marketing to achieve team goals and meet key operational goals and deadlines.


Qualifications


The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of business experience in disciplines such as marketing, finance, planning, operations, or communications, preferably with experience working in a marketing or engineering organization. Regardless of your background, you should have the following skills:

Able to handle high-level, complex, ambiguous, and time-critical deadlines and deliverables across a broad range of topics.

Strong interpersonal skills, cross-boundary collaboration skills, ability to lead with empathy, and demonstrate open and honest feedback and interactions.

Able to simplify complex ideas into easy to understand concepts for communications with colleagues and executives at all levels.

Able to rapidly gain/build trust and confidence of internal and external stakeholders.

Proven project management skills and ability to manage risk.

A willingness to be agile, a motivated self-starter, and a passion to constantly learn and improve.
