FLEETCOR is seeking an experienced Director of Digital Program Management who will oversee the strategy, planning, execution and communication of high-impact actionable projects supporting the Digital Sales Team.This position will improve the interaction of digital sales team with IT and ensure successful implementation of digital business initiatives. Additionally, this role will lead the team of projects managers and act as the second in command to the VP of Platforms, Operations and PMO. This is a critical role in shaping and improving the digital experience.

Program Management

Oversight and management of digital IT project portfolios and areas; includes project intake, assessment, resourcing and tracking.

Collaborate closely with the Digital Sales Team, LoB, and IT teams to understand the business demand and guide project execution

Partner with Digital and Partner teams to help drive concept readiness and artifact quality.

Serve as a single point of contact for project status & issue management for the IT department.

Ensuring all deliverables (oftentimes complex/interdisciplinary/interlinked) are clearly specified, scoped and agreed between internal teams.

Manage large projects for successful delivery

Consistently adhere to company standards and best practices

Participate in / champion ongoing PM and design team process improvements


Ensure the customer experience is seamless throughout the funnel through the creation and maintenance of product pages, category pages, cross-sells and more.

Collect data and analyze trends and behaviors that will allow the organization to improve the visitor experience and improve user flow. Troubleshoot, develop optimization strategies, and facilitate necessary updates and introduction of new features and functionality.

Leverage hands-on experience to triage and escalate issues as appropriate. Develop a good understanding of e-commerce systems, platforms, and architecture in order to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms. Communicate effectively with the E-Commerce Team, other business teams, and IT partners to prioritize, mitigate, resolve, and report on production issues and causes.


Responsible for day-to-day management and oversight of the Digital PMO, its employees and contractors, and project budgets.

Able to assess talent levels, group dynamics, and work product in order to provide constructive feedback to optimize delivery

Clearly present solutions, proposals and progress to multiple levels of stakeholders within the organization. Create executive level presentations for solutions and business cases as necessary.

Ability to set clear expectations with vendors as well as stakeholders and get firm commitments on deliverables as well as associated delivery dates.

Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence direction with or without direct oversight.

Provides senior executives with vital information of project, program and portfolio health allowing them to appropriately govern the project portfolios


Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related discipline 

10+ years of project/ program management experience working with digital design teams; experience at both a design studio and a large corporate environment preferred

3+ years of relevant work experience, digital marketing or testing preferred 

Extensive knowledge of Agile and SDLC Project Methodology.Certification Preferred.

Experience leading successful large-scale projects and programs across an enterprise utilizing external providers, offshore resources, and internal staff.

Financial acumen

Experience building high performing teams by promoting values, ideas and achieving consensus as well as coaching and mentoring skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels

Demonstrated effectiveness developing plans, prioritizing activities and driving execution
