Contribute as a leader in the marketing team in the execution of strategic and tactical marketing plans to fuel rapid growth. Core responsibilities are working with cross functional teams to develop and manage overall content marketing execution and oversight of the corporate and product brands.This role will be responsible for working cross-functionally within the organization.


Duties and Responsibilities:


Formulate marketing strategies and implement plans to grow our business and beat our competition. Clearly communicate the benefits of our products and procedures versus other treatment options.

Develop product marketing plans by preparing objectives, strategies, tactics, and profit and loss projections, including short- and long-term strategies and be responsible for launching new products.

Contribute to new product planning processes. Provide the voice of the customer to the company, identify market trends. Develop & execute programs to drive market share growth with emphasis on existing & emerging competitive threats in the marketplace.


Monitor competitive activity to identify potential threats, while uncovering and exploiting opportunities arising from industry trends


Plan lead generations campaigns and programs that generate significant volumes of customer leads, patient flow, and workshop attendance. Direct creation and delivery of marketing messages that influence marketplace view of the company and its products.

Provide leadership and direction regarding the management of a sales training, and product training programs for distributors, and employees.

Facilitate a positive working relationship between marketing and sales and all other functional areas of the company: (Product Development, Clinical Research, Manufacturing, G&A, R&D, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs).

Drive effective process to establish and achieve appropriate and measurable goals for the marketing department functions.

Ensure that customer needs are met to the best of the company’s ability, in a timely fashion and with the highest l Manage product lifecycles and realization of financial targets.


Provide brand input for development and implementation of advertising, promotion and public relations campaigns. Partner to develop selling tools, presentations and customer-facing materials and customer success stories.


Ensure the highest ethical and professional business standards are maintained.

Position Requirements:


Demonstrated ability to lead projects/programs and obtain results through others

Ability to work in a highly competitive market environment and develop creative & effective strategies to gain market share

Proven experience developing and nurturing relationships with clinicians and key opinion leaders (KOL’s)

Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic, fast pasted environment is essential

Superior oral and written communication and presentation skills

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Ability to deliver results with multiple and complex projects


Education Requirements:


Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. MBA a plus.


Experience Requirements:


A minimum of eight to tenyears of senior management experience inAesthetic marketing / Medical Device marketing with a proven track record of success

Proven experience developing & executing successful product marketing plans

Extensive experience and abilities with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Superior oral and written communication and presentation skills

Approximately 30% - 40% travel required – must be willing to travel regularly with customers, company field personnel and to international meetings as required

Experience in working with aesthetic clinical applications, surgeons and other medical professionals.

Knowledge of, and experience in, the aesthetic market is highly desirable.
