We are seeking a mission-driven, experienced, and dynamic leader to join this collaborative, passionate, and patient-focused group. The Director of Nursing will oversee the care for over 180 residents. S/he will provide support, consistent communication, and be a model of this organization’s mission, goals, and values while adhering to the regulatory guidelines of their operations and services provided. This facility is ready to interview and hire their next nursing leader.

Here are a few requirements to consider:

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred

A minimum of five years of professional nursing experience in CCRC or Skilled Nursing Facility

A minimum of five years of leadership experience, demonstrating managerial and operational expertise and competence

An unwavering commitment to quality programs and care, cultural competence, community/public health, and data-driven program evaluation
