A seasoned project manager who can manage small and large projects (primarily for an Enterprise IT department, but also other business transformation projects) and effectively report status, identify barriers to success, and drive cross functional collaboration.The person in this position is to work directly with our vendors and Leading Healthcare - Hospitals Company’s other functional and operational leaders to ensure that IT and business projects are completed in a timely fashion on budget .
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include but are not limited to the following:
Provide coordination of across the infrastructure, help desk, development, and other business verticals to keep project tasks on schedule
Create system diagrams as well as process maps to illustrate “before and after” scenarios for purpose of documentation and training.
Have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Visio for creating visual business diagrams
Basic knowledge of infrastructure, network, desktop, and development methodologies
Work with other PMOs at the corporate level to ensure all IT dependencies are met
Prepare specific presentation material to communicate project status and barriers (if needed)
Additional duties as assigned
A four-year business or technical degree or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in IT areas including infrastructure, network, desktop, and development methodologies
At a minimum of ten years in the information technology field with at least three years in a management / analyst position with a provable record of systems requirement and design exposure.
Able to lift 25 pounds unassisted and lift various computer equipment, peripherals, and related materials weighing up to 25 pounds in support of fulfilling responsibilities related to position.
Strong ability to communication cross functionally through written and verbal communication
Proven track record of transferring, interpreting and analyzing information and complex business problems
Able to conduct software tool evaluations from RFI/RFP through implementation.
Able to construct and maintain individual project plans as well as a master project portfolio.
Able to recognize, understand, document, program and test logical conditions and combinations of conditions in software, hardware, fully functional software modules and systems which meet the business requirements of the Company.

Knowledge and provable record of Agile Project Management Methodology
