We are currently looking for a Director of Recruiting, for Century 21 Real Estate.

The Director of Recruiting is a self-motivated and energetic individual who is passionate about the Real Estate and franchise industry and results-driven. The Director of Recruiting will lead the Zone Recruiting team, Recruit21 Recruiting Coaching Team and work closely with our Century 21 Broker/Owners to assess the recruiting needs of their businesses. It is imperative that the Director of Recruiting fully understands Century 21’s value proposition, leverages the Recruit21 platform for training and coaching programs, as well as recruiting resources. The Director of Recruiting will act as a consultant and/or coach in all aspects that pertain to growth of the companies in a defined territory.

You’ll be responsible for:

Hiring, training, and leading the Zone Recruiters for the Recruit21 team.

Develop and expand relationship with Century 21 Real Estate Brokers within a defined geographical territory

Understand customer business goals, especially recruiting goals and connect brand/company platform and Recruit21 programs as part of solution

Follow the Recruit21 coaching program and help refine the program with the Recruit21 team

Proactively position and differentiate our products, tools and systems to reinforce the value proposition both within Century 21 and across Realogy

Lead the growth and development efforts of the companies in a defined region by consulting/coaching on all aspects pertaining to recruiting and retention

Work in conjunction with the C21 Franchise Sales team in identifying recruiting opportunities within defined region

Director of Recruiting will partner with Century 21’s field services team to ensure communication among other C21 team members regarding applicable brokers

Work persistently towards brand service goals and exceeding customer expectations

Exhibit and maintain an expert level of knowledge of Century 21’s products and current market conditions in order to leverage the brand system offerings and add value to customers

Coordinate and work closely with internal Recruit21 team

Respond to all applicable inquiries from Brokers, internal brand staff and shared service teams

Create and maintain strong positive relationships throughout the Broker’s business and staff within the organization, especially recruiters and recruiting managers

Maintain and increase broker satisfaction ratings

Promote events, training offerings and other initiatives to Brokers

Travel required to successfully manage book of business

Your background includes:

B.S./B.A. preferred

3+ years of management and leadership experience required

3+ years of account management preferred

Coaching experience required

Real Estate Industry experience and real estate associate recruiting required

Proven customer relationship, influence management and conflict resolution skills

Strong communication and social media skills (written and verbal)

Strong presentation skills

Strong organizational skills

Ability to deliver seminars live and via web-ex technology

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Field-based position with ability to travel up to40%
