The Director of Security will be responsible for managing all areas of Security and Health & Safety on behalf of the property. This position will lead the Security team to run a high-level operation and enforce a strong awareness of Security and Health & Safety throughout the Hotel team.
The ideal Director of Security candidate for the role will have:
Previous experience at senior management level working within the Luxury Hotel market.
Previous administrative management of persons in lifesaving or property protection situations
Previous experience in Closed Circuit TV & Access management control.
Experienced in CPR, First aid, Fire prevention/fighting and Crowd control.
Previous police or security experience.
The Director of Security must be:
Security Industry Authority registered & certified.
Hold a Diploma in Work Place Safety, NEBOSH or equivalent at Management level.
Fluent in spoken and written English required.
Right to work in the UK is essential.
