Kforce has a client seeking a Director of Tax & Treasury in Burlington, MA. This role is partially remote. The candidate will be required to go into the office a minimum of 1 day per week until back in the office full-time. Responsibilities:


Manage the tax provision process

Prepare income tax memos

Manage the income tax return process and deposits

Manage the audit review process

Execute transfer pricing analysis and roll-out

Manage income tax audits

Manage incentive programs

Manage cash flows, payables and debt

Assist and backup management as needed

Perform ad hoc projects as needed




REQUIREMENTS:

CPA is required

6+ years of corporate tax experience

Strong analytical and communication skills

Comfortable working outside of tax responsibilities

International and FIN 48 (ASC 740) experience is a plus
