Individual is responsible for helping achieve overall ticket sales and attendance goals with guidance from ownership. Primary focus is on Season and Group Ticket sales. Prospective employee will work closely with office staff and ownership to achieve all set goals. Being motivated with a large networking ability is desired. A love for football is a bonus!

 

 Duties: 

Serve as key member of the ticket sales department focusing on season and group ticket sales. 

Serve as a leader among the sales team along with developing creative ideas to increase sales. 

Direct the work of part-time sales staff and interns. 

Train and develop the best interns in the Indoor Football League (IFL). 

Must be able to work some nights and weekends as necessary. 

Provide quality customer service. 

Staff ticket sales tables at outside events when needed. 

Develop relationships with current clients for referral leads. 

Assist with ordering all season ticket books and plan/manage the distribution to season ticket holders. 

Act as liaison to ticket holders and management. 


Qualifications/Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  

Knowledge of Ticketmaster system is a plus. 

Knowledge of basic accounting, record keeping, reconciliation and audit practices and procedures. 

Knowledge of event marketing, promotions and advertising.  

Ability to operate independently, take initiative, and follow-through with assignments.  

Ability to initiate, lead, plan and direct the work of department.  

Ability to motivate and communicate effectively with staff.
