As Director, Partnership Analytics, you are a highly analytical yet practical and collaborative thought leader partnering with Product, Decision Science, Credit Risk, Sales, Buying, Funding, and IT teams to grow and maintain a well-established, one billion dollar partnership platform and portfolio at GLS. GLS’ unique position as a fully-automated, sub-prime lender with a national footprint enables us to provide value-added pass-through services to several large banks and captive lenders (our “Partners”). In this role, you will be focused on: (1) enabling and maintaining stable application flow infrastructure with each GLS Partner; (2) incepting and implementing efforts to grow and nurture dealer adoption and application volume within existing partnerships; (3) sourcing and integrating new Partner relationships; (4) maintaining and augmenting all credit policy and pricing strategies in the Partnership Channel; and (5) monitoring the credit performance within the Partnership Channel.

Direct interaction with senior management to plan, prioritize, and drive projects to completion.

Technical proficiency in data and credit analytics.

Management of junior level analysts.

Understanding of the auto finance market.

Product management of highly-technical and multifaceted solutions.

Leveraging communication skill sets to influence stakeholders and communicate directives efficiently and effectively.

Past experiences:

3+ years hands-on experience solving credit risk, loan-level pricing, or process design problems in a real-world, consume finance setting.

Management of and dependency on external stakeholders before, during, and after project implementations.

Analytics activities producing forecasts, key insights, dashboard and reports and tools.

Key initiative shaping, project proposals, project oversight, prioritization, planning, tracking and delivery.

Demonstrated ability to direct and manage work in an effective manner, but willingness and capability to perform autonomously.

Hire, train and develop, performance-manage, retain, promote junior analysts.
