In conjunction with the ED of Performance Improvement, sets the strategic direction and organization of the Performance Improvement department to facilitate achievement of the business goals and objectives

Oversee programs to improve performance metrics for the Foundation and oversee management of Performance Improvement teams in conjunction with Executive Director of Performance Improvement

Develop and implement strategies to improve medication-related performance metrics.

Maintain a thorough understanding of NCQA/IHA related quality metrics

Assess and evaluate the performance and infrastructure of the Performance Improvement departments to identify opportunities and recommend improvements to Executive Director

Track, trend and analyze physician and member level data to evaluate progress and areas of opportunity as it relates to quality metrics 

Oversees resources management of the Performance Improvement Department

Collaborate as a team player and communicate with interdepartmental staff, department leadership, providers and their office staff in a collegial manner

Utilize a variety of tools and resources to efficiently outreach multiple populations while providing a simply better experience

Communicate and present quality metric initiatives and organization performance in small and large group settings

Improve FFS visits and revenue through developing strategic initiatives for outreach

Follow company policies, procedures, and directives
