The Pivet Market Leader is responsible for building & leading the fleet services operation in their assigned market.S/he designs processes and workflows to meet the service expectations of fleet companies; selects and partners with internal and external service providers to provide services to fleet companies; networks with community leaders, local organizations, municipalities and the surrounding community to understand their objectives and make connections where synergies exist with the Pivet Network in furtherance of common goals.The individual in this role is accountable for growing their assigned market, optimizing the fleet client experience and achieving revenue/growth targets.
Develop and execute strategy to achieve revenue and growth goals for the Pivet market.
Collaborate with the Mobility sales leader and Cox Automotive sales teams to engage fleet owners to utilize the Pivet Network for end-to-end service needs.
Direct service providers in daily effort and work to make certain established SLAs are understood and achieved.Measure and monitor service delivery targets and make adjustments where needed.
Understand and forecast fleet service needs in the market and work with service providers, internal and external, to ensure the market can deliver on current and evolving/future needs.
Identify and engage within and with the community, including municipalities and organizations, to understand electrification, ride-sharing, micro-mobility and holistic mobility goals/needs.Partner accordingly when and where synergies exist with Pivet goals, needs and aspirations.
Work with the Cox Automotive Mobility Marketing, PR and Communications teams to host events targeted to mobility clients and the industry.
Operationalize the Pivet network in the market, including designing workflows and processes to meet the needs of fleet clients.
Oversee and provide leadership to the employees in the market, including those with an indirect reporting relationship where influencing skills are required.
Provide market specific insights to the Cox Automotive Mobility team by staying abreast of current trends and visioning future developments.
Develop and execute the Pivet strategy for the market25%

Network with community leaders, local government officials, and mobility related organizations

Work in partnership with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams on activities to increase and support the brand, including hosting events at the Pivet location
Collaborate with Sales to engage with clients to generate revenue and meet growth targets25%
Meet with potential clients as part of the sales process
Establish and maintain a regular cadence of communication

10+ years of work experience required
A minimum of 7 years of experience in the automotive industry
Experience in a matrix environment, with a proven track record of positive results and innovation
Demonstrated client relationship management and/or solving client needs
Ability to develop and execute strategy in an evolving market
Broad industry experience and knowledge of Automotive retailing, financing & insuring, conditioning
Comfortable leading team in ambiguity
Ability to Influence and negotiate with a wide range of audiences, internally and externally
Effective executive level communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills - flexible, collaborative, positive attitude, highly motivated and curious about market evolutions
Presentation skills - ability to convert analysis and business plans into compelling, persuasive presentations
Expert-level proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence an operations and/or support function
Strategic leadership experience
Demonstrated proficiency in building and growing teams
Demonstrated ability to convert strategy into strong business plans
Bachelor's degree in business administration
