As a Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for creating industry-leading businesses serving millions of consumers across the globe. You will shepherd the development of a portfolio of new and existing products that exceeds and anticipates the needs of consumers by partnering with user research, analysts, industry experts, designers and engineers.

The Daily 


Use market research, competitive intelligence and mix methods user research to determine clear problem statements  

Define product vision, value proposition, key features and positioning that addresses the problem space 

Work with analysts to define business models, user growth projections and a 3 year P&L vision for the proposed solution  


Create investment cases that includes build, buy, M&A strategies in support of the solution space 

Develop strategic partnerships with team within CNN, Warner Media, AT&T and also outside of the larger AT&T organization 

Work with marketing and PR team to craft go-to-market plan  

Lead and ensure clear communication of timelines, resource allocation, dependencies, product performance with all key stakeholders and partners which include design, strategic planning, sales, technology, etc.  

Identify and mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, blockers and work across teams to ensure quality  


Evangelize Emerging Products and Platforms Group in our industry and attract talent 

Mentor and manage junior product managers 


The Essentials


Demonstrated experience to manage multiple simultaneous initiatives to successful completion. 

Experience in developing nascent consumer software technologies or products into successful scaled businesses 

Familiarity with economic theories, business models, P&L, strategic frameworks, and discovery techniques  


Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor and lead a team through direct or influence management 

5+ years of experience building consumer-facing, multi-platform, multi-media digital products or relevant experience 

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and nimble environment which can pivot very quickly to reflect the changing needs of the company or industry 

BA/BS in a related technical field or Economics 

Preferred backgrounds – Venture Capital, Private Equity, Consulting, Product/Business Accelerators/Incubators
