You will lead strategic business initiatives and have operational responsibility for the product strategy and sales support activities for key provider solutions. Youwill be involved from soup to nuts, sizing up the market demand, defining the solution and high level workflows, outlining key feature requirements, and then collaborating with our product / design / engineering team to bring those concepts to life. This will be a high visibility role with tremendous access to leadership and you will be the SPOC across the organizationfor the solutions you oversee.


A Day in the Life


Keeping up to date with the market trends and helping Innovaccer pivot rapidly to market needs / demands

Serving as the strategic leader for key solutions to achieve our business objectives by collaborating cross functionally across sales, marketing, R&D teams 

Ensuring plans are driven by unmet customer needs, market adoption analyses, competitive intensity, and value realization.

Leading our solution prioritization process – developing business cases for current and future projects and driving ultimate solution prioritization and investment decisions for the organization.

Responsible for working closely with subject matter experts and customers to develop targeted demos 

Provide effective and inspiring leadership by being actively involved in all product management activities and by developing a broad and deep knowledge of all company solutions.

Research on industry trends, technologies, and product-differentiation strategies

Anticipate and address market needs and develop and manage the short-term and long-term roadmap

Leading key leadership updates and supporting internal reporting initiatives


What You Need


Experience in product development and/or consulting within the Healthcare / Healthcaretechnology space

Preferably experience in one or more of the following areas in healthcare management: value based care, revenue cycle management, direct to employer contracting, and financial analytics

Ability to work with abstract ideas or situations across functional areas of the business

Ability to assess intangible variables, identifies and evaluate fundamental issues, providing strategy and direction for major functional areas

Ability to interact internally and externally with executive level management, requiring negotiation of extremely critical matters

Collaborative spirit. Given the significant influence management and cross-functional team alignment, must enjoy working as part of a high performing, enthusiastic team.

Ability to work within a matrixed environment balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders

5+ years’ experience in healthcare strategy and / or healthcare product development

Bachelor’s degree in technology and Grad school/MBA preferred
