As a Director, Recruitment – Greater China & Mongolia (GCM), you will work with the Senior Director, Recruitment to design and implement recruiting strategies, assist in the development and implementation of the talent acquisition framework and infrastructure to support the business. You will develop partnerships with external strategic partners, build a strong employer brand and lead the search process for senior positions.
What will I be doing?
As the Director, Recruitment – Greater China & Mongolia, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings.
Build strong relationships with the regional senior leadership to forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.
Manage, train and evaluate a team of recruiters.
Monitor recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring and identifying high-potential candidates to grow our teams with qualified employees and achieve our business goals.
Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication).
Recommend, implement online and offline employer branding activities.
Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire.
Improve quality and cost effectiveness management of external agencies as well as develop new recruitment channels.
Maintain and develop productive relationships with key agencies including negotiating and managing terms of business and resolving any disputes that may arise.
Constantly collect market intelligence based on information gathered through interviewing candidates and liaising with recruitment agencies.
Stay abreast of trends and innovate recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruitment practices.
Deliver specific recruitment projects as required.

At least 10 years in recruitment roles with proven results in a full-life cycle recruitment environment.
Strong experience in recruitment of senior management roles.
Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
Multi-site recruitment experience.
Proven strong project management, organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships at all levels (internal teams, external partners and candidates).
Strong data management/analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and within teams.
Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks).
Strong PC skills – Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Regional experience in recruitment with proven record in delivering results in a highly matrixed culture (preferred).
Recent experience with a high-growth company (preferred).
