The Director, Revenue Growth Management will lead building a best-in-class revenue management capability for the company. The position will enable better decision making through predictive analytics to deliver revenue growth, increased profit, and market share. Additionally, the position will be responsible for creating tools and processes that help increase drive profitable growth. This unique opportunity will allow the Director to create, deploy and execute RGM strategies.   • Lead and develop a high performance Revenue Growth Management team leading direct reports and working cross-functionally.

  • Lead and analyze a broad set of market data related to pricing, promotion, assortment, sizing, and product type for High Liner Foods and the category.

  • Make critical RGM recommendations to senior leadership based upon in-depth analysis using internal and syndicated resources

  • Develop, document and communicate trade allocation strategies to help steer funding decisions to meet sales growth and profitability objectives.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and sales to develop portfolio and brand strategies, guardrails and guidelines and price architecture.


Must haves



  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field

  • Progressive leadership experience, ability to drive team results and innovation

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Business Development, Trade Analytics, Sales, Finance, or Customer Marketing within the CPG industry

  • Retail and Foodservice experience throughout North America is preferred. Strong preference for Food Service experience.

  • Demonstrated experience in developing promotional strategies that bring about revenue growth

  • Demonstrated promotional strategy experience.

  • Experience with multiyear product planning as it relates to channels, pack architecture & promotions

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong listening and communication skills

  • Working knowledge of syndicated data (IRI/Nielsen, Retailer Data, etc.
