This individual ensures the development, implementation and measurement of all sales operations functions.This role will be responsible for field sales incentive compensation, sample accountability, targeting and alignments, roster management, fleet administration and field force support.  


Key Responsibilities


Design, implement and execute a motivating incentive compensation plan that aligns with the company’s mission and goals.

Manage all elements of sample accountability including reconciliations, audits and reporting to ensure PDMA compliance.

Manage and execute the delivery of dynamic field force targeting and alignments by incorporating robust customer data and local field force knowledge.

Lead roster management process to ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales personnel assignments.

Measure sales force productivity and ensure effective implementation of established strategies and tactics.

Establish procedures for providing ongoing support and triage of field force generated inquiries and issues.

Oversee fleet operations in partnership with fleet vendor.


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree.Advanced degree preferred.

10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical / medical devices industry. Specialty pharmaceutical experience a plus.

4-5 years of sales operations experience and 2-3 years of experience in managing sales operations/related areas.Sales and other commercial functional experience preferred.

Previous consulting experience preferred.

Excellent interpersonal skills and self-starter mindset.

Familiarity with Veeva CRM preferred.
