Job Summary:


Lead sales efforts for new initiative into various semiconductor market segments.


Job Responsibilities & Duties:


Lead sales efforts of current and new products into various semiconductor market segments.

Over time and based on sales performance, hire a sales team to drive further commercial sales initiatives.

Present results to Tredegar Surface Protection leadership periodically.

Collaborate with R&D and Operations to define new product requirements and to position new products effectively for customer product validation and sales.

Collaborate with Senior Director of Business Development to define and implement new sales channels of strategic value to this initiative.


Qualifications & Skills:


Education (Essential) - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

Education (Desired) - Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience (Essential) - 10 years/Sales.

Experience (Desired) - Sales experience within Semiconductor industry, Transportation, & Dicing Films.

This position will provide the option/ability to work remotely.
