Job Description Summary:

The Director, Strategy & Transformation will lead strategic initiatives in the Nursing Network and for Option Care Health nursing operations. The Nursing Network is a new distinct entity (naming & branding TBD) created through our acquisitions of Infinity Nursing Network & Specialty Pharmacy Nursing Network (SPNN) consisting of over 2,000 infusion nurses. Partnering with the Nursing Network Leadership Team, this individual will be responsible for developing and helping to deploy new strategic initiatives that support the integration of the companies into the new network, accelerate overall business growth and performance inclusive of new business models, enhance the experience of our nurses and employees, and most importantly enhance our patient experience within the Nursing Network. This person will be intimately involved with the initiatives from end-to-end vs. purely strategy development. Some areas of focus will include use of operational models, data, technology, employee engagement, patient engagement, customer/payer engagement, clinical trials, outcomes, and new services.

Job Description: 

Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)

• Responsible for strategy/strategic initiatives design, deployment, KPIs, and fine-tuning.

• Must be able to work at varying levels of the organization – the executive level, Nursing Network Leadership, and throughout the broader organization.

• Strong self-starter who can be consultative and collaborative to influence individuals in other departments.

• Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written) given many of the initiatives will be transformational and require a significant level of change management and understanding

• Solid problem solving and analytical skills with an ability to find solutions to complex problems and demonstrate how initiatives will create value.

• Comfortable with taking on a leadership role in the business across multiple areas, even without having all the business knowledge.

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

• 7-10 years in Management/Strategy Consulting

Basic Qualifications

• High Business, Strategy & Financial Acumen

• Experience in developing and deploying strategic initiatives

• Proven strong Communication Skills – verbal, written, presentation

• Ability to work across a matrix environment – and with senior leadership

• Proven ability to demonstrate value with initiatives  

• Change Management capabilities

• Leader of Teams

Physical Demand Requirements

Ability to sit and work on a laptop or personal computer for extended periods of time.

Due to some state pay transparency laws, below is the minimum pay for the position:

Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Minimum pay is $116,916.80+
