This is a brand new position for our Talent Acquisition team that will provide leadership for Talent Acquisition functions supporting a strategic business unit.Develops strategic initiatives and innovative solutions that create competitive advantages for Brookdale. 


Essential Functions


Uses data insights, and knowledge of TA (workforce planning, Labor Market insights, core TA process) to influence the 3 year talent strategy

Develops and executes the yearly operating plan for a strategic business unit

Leads managers and TA Professionals to improve capabilities and results

Strategically partners with key stakeholders; HRBPs, HRIS, HR COEs, IT, and Procurement

Works in both centralized and decentralized recruiting functions; collaborates and builds relationships with key hiring managers internally and externally with the ability to identify top talent and provide excellent experience.

Responsible for full life cycle recruiting, social media/networking strategies, process development, improvement and recruitment compliance, ATS/On-Boarding implementation and strategic sourcing initiatives.

Develops an aggressive talent strategy that aligns to the identified talent gaps while staying current on recruiting trends and technology.

Utilizes data insights to drive priorities and performance while continuously resolving problems

Qualifications


Education and Experience


Bachelor's Degree required in Human Resources, Business or related field or equivalent experience

7 – 10 years of progressive HR Experience

5 years of leading manager level staff

Master's Degree preferred

7-10 years of TA Experience preferred
