Reporting to the Director of Operations, and as the leader of Treasury Management, you will lead best-in-class operational excellence across multiple functions and reporting units including ACH (Automated Clearing House), Wire, and Lockbox processing. You will lead and manage a 50+ employee organization responsible for daily processing of ACH, Wire, and Lockbox transactions. Your direct reports lead teams operating in multiple locations to execute each of these processes daily while simultaneously managing risk, operating efficiency, and developing long term plans and strategy to achieve continuous improvement. This team is also responsible for knowing and managing to regulatory requirements and initiating and managing change to remain compliant.


Do Right managing day to day operations of the ACH, Wire, and Lockbox processes, meeting and exceeding customer and industry standards and requirements.

Provide performance reporting updates in the form of team meetings, business partner reviews, and senior leader updates.

Identify opportunity for transformational change and create initiatives needed to achieve short and long term strategic objectives.

Manage change initiatives in collaboration with key business partners including tech, project management, risk, and finance.

Engage and manage ongoing process reviews, audits, and exams and implement risk remediation

Leverage proven process improvement skill using continuous improvement (six-sigma/lean/DMAIC) methodologies

Utilize a data/fact driven approach to identify root cause and create innovative solutions to improve processes

Partner with Product business partners to develop and operationalize product features and functionality

Engage in industry organizations to maintain a current understanding of related laws, rules, and regulations incorporating them into business processes.


Bachelor's degree required

Previous senior-level management experience

Previous financial operations or banking operations experience.

Ability to analyze data and effectively report trending to front line teams and senior leadership

Knowledge of bank payments methods, processes, and requirements

Six-sigma/LEAN certifications, skill or capability

Demonstrated ability to build teams, collaborate, and build relationships.

Excellent ability to communicate up and down in the organization (to front line employees and senior leaders) both written and verbal.

Proven ability to create strategic plans and monitor change programs and initiatives
