American Express Travel Related Services seeks Directors, Global Media to collaborate with business stakeholders to provide high-level, marketing services for enterprise-wide media initiatives.Manage alignment of media investments across all campaigns and drive the development and execution of campaigns and the evaluation of campaign performance metrics.Plan and translate business goals into executable marketing plans and support launch and execution of marketing initiatives.Bridge marketing strategy, planning, operations, and execution.Provide high-level marketing services to internal stakeholders, leveraging global marketing expertise in the credit card business.


Position requires a Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in developing holistic communications strategies and in the management and execution of media to strategize and advance organizational goals, priorities, marketing strategies, and the brand.Experience must include a minimum of: 2 years of experience with industry trends, ad technologies, and biddable channels; 2 years of experience with media agency and brand promotional strategy and execution; 2 years of experience with research and analysis to advise senior leadership on marketing ideas, including customer marketing initiatives and programs to increase consideration of the brand; 2 years of experience with advancement of internal strategies to expand company’s brand, product lines, market influence, and online presence; 2 years of marketing campaign execution in the credit card industry; and 2 years of experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint, billing tools including Ariba, and reporting tools including Tableau.
