Lead HR policies review and modification ie. Employee Handbook, Disciplinary action, etc.

Create cross-functional collaboration & organization readiness to accomplish change initiatives & performance results.

Organize country disciplinary committee to review employee cases from different units and ensure adherence to the DA process. Jointly efforts with HRRM to deliver DA decision to staff. Coach HRRM in DA handling process and correctly record People Hub in line with group guideline.

Periodically analyze employee issues & organization issues, advise necessary improvement action to related party to address these issues.

Develop effective employee complaint process and provide professional advice to employees.

Handle labor suits together with internal partners ie. HRRM, Legal and external partners.

Work out crisis management action plan related to employee cases and act as focal point with internal and external parties.

Lead M&A in terms of change management, communication strategy, due diligence, etc.

Other initiatives as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 12 years employee relationship experience gained in either an HRBP role or Employee Relations Advisory role or equivalent experience.

Bachelor degree, advanced degree and legal coursework preferred

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills, enabling individual to establish partnership working with senior leaders and across organization lines.

Good collaboration with different parties.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Multi-task management skills.

Change oriented and able to work under pressure.

Excellent English and Chinese, in both speaking and writing.

Proficient in MS Office usage, e.g. Power Point, Word, and Excel.
