The incumbent will be responsible for leading the strategic thinking on ‘Go To Market’ model and resourcing solutions for new product launches in existing direct markets as well as expansion into new markets. She/he will drive creative thinking to explore innovative approaches to customer engagement including the adoption of multi-channel strategies. He / She will lead a team equipped to provide operational analysis of performance across the region providing valuable actionable insights and diagnostics to drive best in class operational execution. The position will be responsible for developing the incentive scheme She/he will lead the team responsible for ensuring effective training of our field teams using innovative approaches to optimize efficiency and results. The position will work closely with all stakeholders to understand and continually evolve the capabilities needed to deliver best in class results. The role will ensure smooth, consistent and integrated delivery of the brand planning processes across EU/RoW region. The role will be a core member of the EU/RoW leadership team and will collaborate extensively with the franchise heads, GMs and other functional leaders.
Formation and execution of digital multichannel customer engagement strategy
Development of ‘Go To Market’ assessments and resourcing solutions for new launches and geographic expansion
Performance tracking and diagnostics
Field training strategy and execution
Operational delivery of congress plans
Design and smooth consistent implementation of integrated brand planning process
Development of Sales Incentive Scheme
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Highly effective leader – Excel at influencing senior leaders, engaging a multi-stakeholder business on a regional basis and setting example of inspiring leadership
Able to work and lead cross functionally
Extensive multichannel development and delivery experience
Significant marketing and sales leadership experience
Previous experience developing and delivering operational excellence in complex high growth business across multiple franchises and geographies
Direct experience of different types of operating models (direct, partner, NPP)
Strong analytical skills
Robust understanding of the utility and limitations of commercial KPIs and incentive schemes and extensive experience of how to use and adapt in different operational contexts
Proven ability to drive robust strategic thinking and to deliver through robust operational planning and execution
Excellent planning, organisation, implementation and tracking skills
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights through clear and concise communication style
Acts as a champion and catalyst of innovation
Required/Preferred Education and Licenses
Business or other relevantDegree
Masters Degree in management or administration from an accredited institution desired
