Working within a transverse project/production structure.

Lead Agile work stream in an autonomous structure while meeting program goals and deadlines.

Support the continuous on-boarding of strategic deliverables.

Engaging with line of business, operations, and project partners to manage demand.

Managing relations, communicating and presenting to various levels of stakeholders.

Ensure that project milestones/goals are met.

Develop project plans

Ensure that implementations are completed on time, within constraint, and meet expectations.

Support the operations team through the continuous on-boarding of strategic deliverables.

Agile Focus Areas:leadership, motivation, communication, influencing, decision making, awareness, and trust building

This position requires strong interpersonal and partnership skills. Also, the ability to partner with Risk & Finance Technology, Project Teams and Line of Business Teams in order to execute on established deliverables is key. The candidate should be able to translate technical jargon into real world scenarios for articulation. The candidate will be required to work with a sense of urgency and be able to balance and prioritize numerous activities. Previous operations experience in reconciliation, data quality research, and data visualization experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Experience:

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree finance or related discipline. 

8+ years relevant work experience.

5+ Years People Management Experience (Team size 5+)

Prior operations experience.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal and time management skills.

Proven track record of designing solutions and solving for scale.

Project Management exposure, specifically in the Agile methodology.

 Soft Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skill with the ability to present information at varying levels of detail depending on the audience.

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, effective under pressure.

Strong work ethic and keen attention to detail and accuracy.

Able to develop, clearly present, and draw conclusions.

Aptitude and desire to learn quickly, be flexible, and think strategically.

Ability to handle numerous deliverables concurrently to deliver high quality results in committed timeframes while being able to adapt to changing priorities.

Client business focused; able to work collaboratively and build strong partnerships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
