SAP SuccessFactors has been awarded a BPA for the Government wide NewPay initiative This initiative focuses on the modernization of payroll for the entire Federal Government (Civilian and DoD workforce).As such, SAP SuccessFactors is looking for skills to support the company’s efforts to win task orders against this BPA and become the dominate provider of Payroll to the Federal Government. To accomplish this, SAP SuccessFactors has created a new position, HCM Business Development Director.

In support of the NewPay Initiative, he Business Development Director responsibilities will include:

Interaction with the CHRO, CFO and CIO in each of the Cabinet Level Agencies.

Meetings at the senior levels within each of the Shared Service Centers.

Represent SAP SuccessFactors at Federally focused conferences and meetings.

Interaction at OMB as required and in support of the NewPay initiative.

The skills required to accomplish the above include:

Have existing relationships within cabinet level agencies and shared service centers for HR and Payroll that can be leveraged

Understanding of IT in the Federal Government

Knowledge of the Shared Service Centers currently supporting HR and Payroll in the Federal Government

Knowledge of the Federal Government (Civilian and DoD) and its workings

Knowledge of HR and Payroll in the Federal Governmen.

Exceptional relationship building skills, ability to collaborate & sell internally to achieve targets

Strong financial & business acumen

Exceptional oral and written executive communication skills

Passion to challenge, improve and innovate at both a personal and organizational level

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Work 

Experience Required


MBA or Equivalent Degree Strongly Preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum 10 – 15 years recent experience in Federal Government (Civilian and DoD)

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or Payroll

Proven track record of driving business results
