Required Skills and Education
Reporting to the Finance Director of Compliance and Program Services, the Finance Director of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Life Cycle Management (LCM) will lead a staff of Financial professionals responsible for key processes associated with the preparation of program baselines and the subsequent measurement of progress against planned milestones and objectives. Additionally, the Director will guide the Finance team on all activities associated with the plc's Life Cycle Management (LCM) process.
Preferred Skills and Education
Proven leader with strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to identify and implement continuous improvements
Ability to establish collaborative partnerships with Business Area Finance teams, Program Excellence Leadership team, External Auditors, and Government representatives from both DCMA and DCAA
Strong working knowledge of DoD Earned Value Management System (EVMS) criteria
Experience implementing and executing plc Life Cycle Management (LCM) requirements on programs
Experience in the development of policies and procedures and conducting training
