Responsibilities of the Financial Planning & Risk Revenue Director

Provide budgeting and forecasting and make recommendations to management for decision making and planning.

Develop initiatives and programs related to cost savings and revenue optimization programs.

Set goals to reduce and monitor potential risks. 

Serve as the subject matter expert on analyzing claims and billing issues.

Coach and supervise staff members.

Partner with internal leaders in identifying improvement plans and processes.

Special projects as needed.

Financial Planning & Risk Revenue Director Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; Master's degree preferred.

10 years of financial planning and analysis experience.

5 years of supervisory experience; healthcare experience required.

Knowledge of GAAP and healthcare industry standards/trends; Familiar with Medicaid and Medicare a plus.

ERP systems knowledge, Axiom highly preferred; Advanced skills in Excel.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.

Organized multitasker with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
