The Foundry Sourcing Manager is responsible for the following: Interacts with business units, technology teams, and engineering experts to develop successful next generation products with efficient die sizes and process options. Foundry interactions and negotiations including technology, yield, capacity, pricing, and other business terms. Generates and aligns sourcing strategies to support business unit needs. Executes sourcing plan to drive cost savings and supply assurance. Pricing and cost accuracy within Qualcomm systems. Collaborate with cross-functional team to drive supplier yield, quality, technology, and delivery improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in a fabless/foundry environment, including key experience interacting with product, technology and engineering teams.

Foundry experience required

Risk management experience required

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated history of productive and successful interactions with a wide variety of internal stakeholders (technology, engineering, procurement, finance, costing, supply chain)

Program management skills

Managerial experience a benefit

Experience with Cognos and/or Oracle a benefit
