Management and further development of the global area “Applications” with several departments as well as the disciplinary and professional management of the employees

Overall responsibility for the implementation, further development, roll-out and operation of the global IT applications

Overall coordination of the overarching programs / projects and reporting to the EVP IT / management

Further development of the company-wide IT strategy and implementation of IT governance

Global IT demand & resource management and definition of suitable sourcing strategies

Close cooperation with the specialist and IT departments

Optimization of business processes and the development of innovations

Implementation of change processes in the organization

Establishing guidelines for the introduction of global standards

Your profile

Successfully completed university of applied sciences

Pronounced, several years of experience in the disciplinary and professional management of employees

Several years of experience in responsible positions in the introduction, further development and operation of complex application landscapes, among others of SAP systems, ideally in the international automotive sector

Excellent business process knowledge

Excellent methodological knowledge and experience in managing larger international project teams

Experience with change processes in organizations

High sense of responsibility

Solution-oriented, pragmatic and independent way of working
