You will be a leader and subject matter expert in defining and implementing tools, applications, and standards necessary to ensure that AGCO complies with emission standards and regulations. You will also have extensive cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, Purchasing, and Global Marketing, as well as exposure to AGCO’s senior management.

Your Primary Responsibilities
Lead and manage AGCO global emission compliance activities to ensure AGCO avoids all legal and financial risk through non-compliance.
Maintain current knowledge and visibility of all non-road diesel engine certifications and compliance requirements globally.
Provide forward looking, global legislative emission road map so that future product development plans incorporate compliance requirements from the beginning.
Represent and lead AGCO by staying involved in rule-making processes in collaboration with EPA, CARB, EU, and other authorities (trade associations like EMA, AEM and EUROMOT).
Lead and administer emission compliance audits at all AGCO and non-AGCO manufacturing sites.
Implement and develop standards & guidelines to support Manufacturing, Quality and IT teams to install engines in a "certified configuration" to meet the emission standards and ensure the final quality of the product.
Experience in working with an international team
Ability to lead cross-functional projects
Strong knowledge of EPA, CARB, and European Union non-road diesel engine regulations and engine certification processes
Experience in working with and establishing relations with EPA and CARB certification representatives
BS degree in Engineering (or equivalent technical background) required
5-8 years experience in leading and implementing applications and tools to meet compliance standards
3-5 years experience in engine performance, engine system controls, emission component design installations and testing
3-5 years experience in manufacturing, quality processes and system process design
2-3 years experience in conducting compliance audits at OEM
Expected travel will be around 20%
