Cumulus is a Global HR Transformation effort to implement the HR Information System “Workday”, enabling state-of-the-art functionality across our HR technologies, and driving a better employee experience for BCGers all around the world. To ensure we design and implement a Workday that meets BCG’s unique needs – we are taking a ‘by the business for the business approach’. This role will help coordinate the efforts of our regional and system HR teams engaged in the project; ensuring that key deliverables are met and building engagement and interfaces between stakeholders. Your broad view will also enable you to manage and deliver smaller work streams within the project. Your strong communication skills will help keeping AP leadership (System leaders, People Chairs, BST Directors) informed and supportive throughout the project.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

Connecting with others, building relationships understanding individual’s needs and priorities and navigating to win-win solutions. In your role you will ensure teams build knowledge and that information flows to the right people at the right time

Coordinating efforts and helping others meet their goals, you will be accountable for ensuring the AP region is on track to meet deliverables, identifying potential roadblocks and raising these to leadership

Gaining buy-in and engagement, you will know how to identify key stakeholders and have a toolkit of approaches to communicate with them from drafting compelling emails and decks to navigating tricky 1-1 calls with senior stakeholders

Bringing insights you will have the confidence and knowledge to identify gaps and opportunities for improvements. Your position at the heart of the project will enable you to see things others can’t and you will be confident in raising this and identifying solutions

Getting into the detail and seeing the big picture this will be a key skill in managing and delivering ad hoc projects to simplify process to support the move to the cloud and on other regional topics

Leveraging technology to achieve your goals you are used to handling state of the art technology for communication, collaboration, reporting and to deliver new insights. You are not afraid of new tools and have earlier implemented or learned a new technical tool

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

At least 8 years’ experience, ideally in HR Operations or IT functions

BCG Project Leader level or BST member in a regional or global role giving you a good knowledge of BCG ways of working and a strong internal network at all levels of the organization

Subject matter expertise across HR functions, IT system implementation, change management and project management

Experience proactively taking initiative, using good judgment to prioritize issues and working with minimal direction

Excellent written and spoken English, able to build strong decks and draft compelling emails

A bachelor’s degree and preferably an advanced degree
