JLL’s Global Product Management group is seeking a Global Product Lead for Workplace Amenities Design & Concepting who will play a critical role in designing the future of work and office spaces of the future, including Food and Beverage Spaces, Wellness Spaces, Collaboration Spaces, Clubs, etc.This role will report to Global Product Manager, Experiential Spaces Design & Concepting and work in tandem with the Global Product Lead for Workspace Design & Concepting. Like all roles on the product team, the Global Product Lead for Workplace Amenities Design & Concepting will be both responsible for defining concepts/products and ensuring their respective commercial success.

The collective team will sit at the intersect of all Workplace disciplines and be responsible driving the synergistic relationships between such groups, including Sustainability, Experience, Portfolio and Occupancy Planning, Workplace Consulting, etc.This role will be part of a growing Product Organization and will be part of a new Product Family/Discipline on the Experience Services Product Team at JLL towards the creation of end-to-end/comprehensive experiences.  

The Responsibilities 

What this job involves:

This position requires a substantial experience in developing space design and concepts whose skillset balances both technical expertise with innovative, forward-thinking creativity. This individual should also be able to:

Imagine and impart change; encourage new way of thinking for JLL and the Industry on Experiential Space, particularly workspace, collaboration space, club space, etc; influence the Corporate Services CRE industry in redefining the Future of Work.

Support workplace/space revolution in terms of design/concepting by creating repeatable, scalable Design concepts/solutions.

Manage with exceptional detail through the Product Lifecycle Management Process.

Manage internal stakeholders and/or architectural agencies to deliver comprehensive amenity design and concepting solutions in extraordinary detail and of extraordinary quality.

Work closely with the Global Product Managers, Owners, and Managers across Services (Engineering, Sustainability, Experience Services, Facilities Management, Occupancy Planning etc) to execute the Experiential Spaces strategy and roadmap and develop market-backed and customer outcome focused go-to-market integrated offerings

Remain current on industry/market trends and market sizing and segmentation to ensure that we are optimizing revenue and profitability

The Requirements 

Ideal candidate should have:

Strong product or project management capabilities with demonstrated experience in driving a host of initiatives at once, managing budgets, team resources and project timetables

Experience with Design/Concepting and leading development of workspace, flexible space, multi-use, service/hospitality concepts, etc.

Minimum 7 years experience in workplace design, architecture, experience concepting, hospitality, commercial real estate, or similar.

Extraordinary attention to detail and ability to manage through product development process and commercialization process.

Experience working on global projects across a matrixed environment
