About the Role

This role with lead Global Interventional Cardiology CTO strategy for Boston Scientific, with a strong emphasis on global education / market development, future product portfolio strategy, and input into CTO clinical strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:

Proctor Complex PCI / CTO cases to increase physicians’ procedural proficiency  

Manage targeted KOLs to drive awareness of Boston Scientific tools and resources, and establish BSC as the CTO partner of choice

Drive market development efforts for coronary chronic total occlusions (CTOs) in the US, Asia, Europe and Latin America

Collaborate with Marketing colleagues and the R&D team to determine future product portfolio strategy

Serve as primary product manager for CrossBoss, Stingray LP, and Trapper products

Work with Medical Education to shape and execute KOL strategies, symposia efforts and tradeshow execution

Provide marketing oversight and guidance to sales teams

Support the creation and drive the fulfillment of Franchise Strategic Plans while partnering with global, cross-functional team members

Visit accounts and industry tradeshows in order to gain market insight and represent the company

Develop and execute promotional plans to meet franchise strategic objectives, working within budget guidelines/constraints

Exhibit professional maturity and help to foster an open, challenging, stimulating and positive environment that enables colleagues to be their best

What we’re looking for in you

Minimum 5 years of medical device experience

Clinical expertise in Complex PCI / CTO strongly desired

Must have experience establishing and maintaining global KOL relationships

Must have market development experience

Demonstrated success collaborating as an integral cross-functional team member

Sales and International experience a plus

Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills

Position requires ~50% travel (including international travel)
