The Global VP of People is a key element to the Company’s leadership team and will be a critical driver in leading and guiding the development of HR strategies and day to day HR operations. You’ll join a team filled with smart, fun, and creative people who inspire each other every day. This position reports to and works closely with the CEO and the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that supports the overall goals and objectives of the Company.

RESPONSIBILITIES


Leads, establishes, and implements human resources strategy regarding overall global business plans and objectives, while ensuring that the business needs are anticipated and addressed in a timely manner.

Collaborates with CEO and executive leadership in the US, Israel and globally to define the organizations long-term mission and goals; Identifies ways to support this mission through talent management.

Direct the development and implementation of employee-related programs and processes that will support the business requirements, drive a culture of success, and reinforce the attractiveness as an employer.

Overseeing benefits administration in our US office and working with global office leaders to build comprehensive benefits plans for their geographies.

Oversee the organization, accuracy, retention, and compliance of all HR information, including personnel files.

Has a deep & solid organizational understanding of the business to identify needs, strengths, weaknesses and challenges.

Lead the organization in implementing change, most importantly coaching executives and managers in the most effective communication and implementation of change.

Build, lead, manage, coach and develop the global HR team.


REQUIREMENTS


Strong background of demonstrated Human Resources leadership, having driven HR programs in rapidly developing, changing and growing environments.

10 years of Human Resources experience, with at least 3 years recent experience as the top/senior Human Resources executive manager.

Experience working in a technology and Saas company is required.

Bachelors degree or equivalent in Human Resources; MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.

Vast experience in US and International Human Resource Processes, employment legislation, and legal regulations.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while scaling the team.

Broad business and financial understanding and ability to apply to human capital initiatives.

Experience with organizational design and effectiveness, change management, performance management, leadership coaching, learning and development programs, and compliance.

Has previous relevant experience in global organizations.

High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with hands on day-to-day activities.

Superior interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-driven, service-oriented, a team player, diligent, adaptable, resourceful and well organized.

Assertive and persuasive with sound judgment.

Willing to travel when required.
