We're looking for a strategic and influential leader to shape the future of audience buying for YouTube and Video at Google. Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Go To Market, Sales, Marketing, gTech and more, this global role brings market, product and competitive intelligence to drive success with agencies and advertisers. As digital has allowed for more sophisticated ways for advertisers to find their best customers, audiences are an increasingly critical focus area for our business.

As Head of Audiences within Global YouTube and Video Solutions you will drive our product and go-to-market strategy and audience product development through critical projects including first party audiences, custom audiences, and contextual audiences.

YouTube/Video Global Solutions is the link between Google video products and sales. Our mission is to fuel innovation that keeps YouTube and Video free and accessible to the world. We do this by translating global market needs into meaningful product solutions that drive business results for content partners and customers.


Develop and execute a strategy for driving growth of audiences, accelerating business across all regions, inventory and customer segments.

Engage with sales teams, customers, and regional stakeholders to synthesize market requirements to drive product and go-to-market strategies.

Prioritize global market feedback for future product innovation, and influence Product/Engineering roadmaps and delivery to deliver top customer requirements.

Work in a highly matrixed organization to balance competing priorities, and translate technology capabilities to customer solutions.

Manage a diverse and talented team of global product experts, coaching them to deliver against key priorities, and removing roadblocks where necessary. 

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

11 years of experience in AdTech, Digital Marketing or Advertising.

5 years of experience leading teams and developing talent.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and technical teams. 

Preferred qualifications:

Product Management experience involving creating strategic product roadmaps and working with multiple functional areas such as Engineering, Sales, Design and Research teams.

Experience building persuasive and data-driven business cases.

Established relationships within and knowledge of the media and advertising industries.

Ability to effectively and collaboratively operate in a fast-paced environment and influence cross-functional peers and leadership.

Ability to lead a team with a clear vision and inspire others to drive toward common goals.

Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
