Scale-up Business Intelligence & Data Solutions and associated products in Americas to become a business accelerator for Digital Solutions [upstream and downstream growth]. Leverage Digital Sales & Account Digital Advisory teams to increase footprint with existing corporate clients.

Act as strategic advisor & thought leader for clients. Help clients develop and implement a strategic vision for their entire corporate real estate suite as well as recommending improvements.

Act as functional leader within global D&A leadership team to shape & execute on product & service strategy for Americas,influencing overall product roadmap and taking ownership to evolve global offering.

Collaborate with global operations & CoE leaders to firm-up delivery model for Americas to become quality & cost leader for D&A services in CRE.

Develop and lead a high performing team

Practice Strategy & Delivery

Develop a vision and strategy aligned to wider Digital Solutions business model, to deliver leading BI solutions capabilities.

Orchestrate processes, practices, resources, information, and team competencies working alongside Solutions Management lead.

Align regional & global DS leaders to assure seamless operations, proactive resourcing, active knowledge-sharing.

Establish local capabilities aligned to business growth & client needs, seamlessly integrating into existing service deliveries (non-digital)

Ensure direct sales & client engagements are structured and pro-actively managed to avoid disruption or failure and calibrated for growth.

Deploy agile culture & management mechanisms working alongside Americas practice leaders.

Inform executive leadership on innovative ways to increase market penetration, business profitability and client experience.

Sales & Business Leadership

Drive marketing & sales enablement working alongside Digital Sales lead & global marketing

Create and continuously evolve go to market, growth and product strategies that define how BI & Data Solutions should be utilized to support a CRE organization's overall business strategy and create value.

Develop cutting edge Point of Views on how technology & data will transform the way business is conducted and build offerings to meet those needs.

Mature & augment existing capability through local/ regional hires

Partner with account leaders to identify opportunities to increase the breadth of offers that JLL provides while developing a direct sales organization to prospect externally

Work closely with sales & finance teams to prepare the monthly and quarterly sales & delivery reporting across products.

Define and implement competitive pricing, resourcing & delivery strategy.

Act as point of decision for strategic initiatives around BI & Data solutions & associated products for Digital Solutions in Americas

Lead engagement model with product partners and closely align with global SCMP & product leads.

Act as an orchestrator both in terms of challenging traditional viewpoints at business level, as well as ingesting the value of DS in established / existing client tech solutions

Financial performance (Lead generation/conversion, profitability, productivity).

Key performance indicators achieved (TBD).

Customer satisfaction & sustained growth (Y-o-Y $ growth).

Leverage global network to materialize accelerated growth story in Americas

Demonstrable experience in understanding, advising and implementing large-scale technology programs

Regional sales leadership, exceptional CRM and coaching skills

Strong knowledge of technology solutions & client services

Extensive experience of leading, inspiring and influencing a matrix organisation focused on client satisfaction & experience

Deep understanding of technology & data architecture, technology consulting, project & technology transformation management

Experience of developing and implementing business strategies

Proven ability to handle complex issues, delivering on time and within budget

Ability to travel and to work virtually with other colleagues

Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills

High degree of independence, initiative, responsibility, and accountability
