• Develop marketing strategy in consideration of market landscape, challenges and opportunities, business and marketing objectives

• Plan, manage and execute marketing initiatives across in-person, offline and online channels that contribute to marketing objectives 

• Promote our intellectual capitals including our thought leadership, investment capabilities and product solutions  

• Implement digital initiatives and content strategy to drive client engagement across multi-channels

• Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify actionable client insights to improve client experience and loyalty

• Develop metrics/KPIs to facilitate analysis and evaluate marketing effectiveness against plans and budgets for continuous improvement

• Establish processes and practices to strengthen governance for all marketing activities and to manage and mitigate risks

• Collaborate with different teams within Marketing, Business and other functions to integrate global/regional objectives with local priorities, and serve as a major point of accountability for a diverse range of global/regional/local project delivery 

• Take leadership and ownership of strategic initiatives aligned with global and regional priorities as and when required 

• Drive marketing excellence and discipline.Leverage on capabilities across countries and optimize local resources to maximize marketing impact

• Manage effective spend within marketing budget

• Lead and manage the team to contribute to the achievements of the above


• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related degree  

• At least 15 years’ experience in all-rounded marketing with strategic thinking

• Strong marketing skills across strategies and channels

• Good understanding of the investment or the mutual funds industry in HK/CH and the region

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese/Mandarin

• Ability to think strategically while strong in execution and dealing with details

• Ability to interact, influence and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and across Lines of Businesses

• High level of independence, energy and integrity; Responsible and accountable; Respect for diversity of opinions and styles; Flexible in approach

• Strong leadership and strategic thinking; Ability to manage challenges and solve problems effectively in ever-changing and ambiguous environments 

• Demonstrate strong problem solving skills with proven ability to present solutions to complex issues 

• Solid team management experience

• Strong sense of governance to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements

• Ability to multi-task, work in a demanding, fast paced environment, and handle multiple, competing priorities and projects with quality output at one time 

• Ability to adapt quickly and shift priorities based on unexpected business demands 

• Non-industry profiles will be considered for sounded marketing knowledge and experience from leading brands and/or marketing organisations
