Strategy - Creates partner business strategy for the US market including feature category and partner prioritization, revenue business models, and business goals.
Develops partnership business program terms and presents for internal alignment and prioritization.
20% Business Development - Manages the business development of potential partnerships including strategic development.
Coordinates technical discussions during negotiation phase.
Executes NDAs, LOI, term sheet development, negotiation efforts, and contract revisions.
Negotiation of content partner agreements up to the point of signature capable isolating all possible business terms inside the agreement, mitigating potential legal concerns (pending final approval from HQ Legal team).
40% Forecasting/reporting - Forecast, track, and report on partner performance for all HA products in the North American Market.
20% Industry Expert - Digest industry info, internal data, attend industry events and network to provide industry leading POV on Smart Feature development for HA products.
Prepare presentation material, present internal/external 20%
Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred
Minimum of 3 – 5+ years’ experience in business development and business management with a Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years with an MBA.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing external relationships and building alignment of new business models
Strong understanding of Internet-based technical implementations
