Develop and maintain key partner relationships with aligned HR Compensation Managers and Business Partners, Governance, Legal, and HR Technology

Detail oriented - balanced with ability to think and act strategically

Regularly identify process improvements and efficiencies

Stay abreast of changes within lines of business that impact compensation plan changes

Foster an environment where risk/control issues are escalated timely and appropriately addressed

Manage and/or assist with projects, conduct research, complete analysis, prepare recommendations on special situations or concerns, as assigned

Required Experience

Minimum of 7 years Banking, Investment, Compensation and/or Human Resource experience

Strong knowledge of Compensation policies/procedures and Governance disciplines

Experience in assemblinga strong team and ability to coach and develop to achieve high levels of service

Ability to effectively partner with and influence many stakeholders on multiple levels

Ability to diffuse emotionally charged conversations or situations

Verifiable track record of maintaining data confidentiality and exposure to sensitive information

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent attention to detail; organizational, process improvement, management and prioritization skills required

Experience performing in a fast-paced environment; adjusting readily to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change with composure

Minimum education requirement: Bachelor degree in a Business discipline – preferably Human Resources, Finance or Business Management

Required Technical Experience

Advanced Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Experience with Compensation or Performance Tracking systems

Knowledge or exposure to Agile Project Management, a plus
