Join Honeywell’s growing global marketing organization to recruit the best global talent to Honeywell. The HR Marketing Director would partner with Human Resources leadership to develop and execute a recruitment strategy aimed at positioning Honeywell as a top place to work, identifying top talent across industries and geographies, and deploying a digital approach to recruit them into the company. In addition, you will enhance digital communications strategies and tools that support an enhanced employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding and throughout career development.

Key Responsibilities

Design comprehensive plans and drive accountability to deliver content across channels and to varied personas inside and outside Honeywell.

Collaborate with executive leadership, functional leaders and functional transformation experts to generate campaign concepts and design creative assets.

Ensure use of plain language, regional relevance, personalization and ease of use.

Create plans to support implementation of marketing communications using multiple channels and tactics

Challenge status quo to meaningfully engage regional and global candidates, employees, and managers

Work with teams to create seamless project intake, project management and measurement of results


Bachelor's Degree in Communications or Journalism

5+ years of Marketing Communications experience creating engaging digital content and strategy for a Corporate environment


Portfolio demonstrating extensive experience developing and managing internal and external communications, with strong editorial performance and directly correlated business results

Some experience designing Human Resources-related communications a plus

Portfolio demonstrating extensive creative and business writing and editing skills, with the ability to minimize words while maximizing positive results

Portfolio demonstrating significant direct contribution experience designing visually impactful communications with a clean, modern, appropriate aesthetic (i.e. infographics, sales campaigns, employee messaging)

Significant experience advising on best practices and innovative approaches, quickly deriving clear priorities from leadership discussions, planning and delivering

Significant experience managing stakeholders under tight timelines across multiple projects

Significant experience in internal global corporate communications and agency environments

Strong presentation skills
