What We Need


The I&A Director will be responsible for co-owning communication and implementation of the organization’s analytic strategy and analytic environment with team members to execute on your vision and plan. The lead will also engage with teams across the global account to support daily, weekly and monthly delivery along with a range ad hoc analytic project. The right candidate will have a passion around client data management and a drive to deliver innovation across a range of services and solutions we provide to the client today.


What you'll be doing


Job Functions:



  • Lead the delivery of analytic projects, deliverables and environments for multiple agency clients.

  • Work with a globally distributed team and coordinate the management, and delivery of work

  • Actively listen to agency team and client, define the analytic needs, draft scopes and sell in strategy

  • Collaborate with agency Earned Media, Social and Digital strategy leads to ensure the use of data and analysis is accessible and connected across projects and over time.

  • Develops and maintains the team culture in a way that stays true to agency core values.

  • Support the growth of the client’s engagement with data and analysis

  • Develop delivery plan for all client reporting and Manage budget and resource allocations

  • Engaged in driving the overall continuous innovation strategy of or agency analytic strategy

  • Drive the analysis around channel, audience, influencer and messaging to help inform strategy and measure performance

  • Be the trusted advisor for all things data and analytics to the agency account teams and clients


What you've been able to accomplish



  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or similar applicable field is required; Master’s degree is highly preferred.

  • 5-7 years of Data Analytics team management experience required.

  • Extensive experience in analytic professional services discipline including client management and engagement experience

  • Advanced Experience with tools like Talkwalker, Meltwater, Netbase, Sprinkler, Signal-AI, Audiense.com, Tagger, Sprinkler is required

  • Proven success in managing large teams or multiple accounts preferred.

  • Ability to inspire their team through career and personal development.

  • Solid organizational and project management skills.

  • Self-motivated and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and tight deadlines in order to manage creative capacity.

  • Possess exceptional communications skills.

  • Client and business environment:Customer service orientation is a must.Job pressure may exist from requirement of handling multiple tasks.

  • Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week on occasion

  • Experience working globally or with colleagues in multiple locations

  • Strong presentation and consulting skills along with the ability to read, write and speak English
