Digital Analytics team is actively seeking a growth-oriented Senior Insights Manager with a passion for innovation, strong client management skills, and a desire to lead. As a Senior Insights Manager, you’ll wear many hats—you’ll conduct research, manage projects, build new tools, and mentor others—while working closely with department leaders across the organization to bring technology-driven digital insights to 500 clients.We believe you’re only as strong as your team, and we’re looking for a new team member who is energized by growing, developing, and motivating others. What you will be doing
Act as a thought partner to our clients and internal teams, educating them about every step of the process, while developing trust and building lasting relationships.
Manage project activities while achieving excellent financial results.
Manage data collection, processing, tabulation, analysis, and reporting, and use your findings to translate complexity into compelling stories.
Act as an analytical consultant to other teams throughout the organization leveraging digital analytic capabilities, on the execution and interpretation of results.
Partner with Marketing and Data Science team members to incorporate AI/Machine-Learning analytics into behavioral datasets.
Inform business decisions by learning and adapting to cutting-edge technologies that drive efficiency and/or insights activation.
Work with software developers, technologists, and digital experts to create new digitally-driven capabilities for the organization.
Advise direct reports and share responsibility for their growth and development.
Collaborate with other business leaders to develop growth and insights strategies critical to our and clients’ shared success.
Develop Best Practices, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Training Materials for the organization.
Work with the programming, design, data collection, marketing, software engineering, and data science teams. With an abundance of internal resources, you’ll have the support you need to focus on your areas of expertise.

You’ve earned a Bachelor’s or Master’s in social sciences, business, economics, computer science, or a related field, preferred.
3-5 years of experience in market research, digital advertising and/or behavioral data analytics; management experience and experience interfacing with clients is highly desirable.
