The Partnerships and Integrated Marketing team is seeking a results-driven and collaborative individual for the position of Integrated Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, retention and awareness of Disney+. The role will work across the Disney Streaming Services organization in New York and Los Angeles and partner with internal teams throughout The Walt Disney Company to plan and execute high-impact, end-to-end marketing initiatives. The role is responsible for seeking creative ways to advance growth and engagement by leveraging Disney’s unique and valuable owned channels.


The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation and the ability to effectively communicate and cultivate meaningful relationships at all levels of the organization.


Responsibilities:


Foster and advance internal partnerships to create high impact opportunities across all Disney-owned consumer touchpoints

Manage operations for marketing initiatives by working closely with Creative, Marketing, Content, Commerce, Product, Legal, Analytics and Lifecycle teams:

Oversee master calendar of promotional activations

Create reports that effectively communicate status and performance of projects

Provide strong international coordination to ensure projects are optimized on a local level

Maintain budget and deliver against owned media plans

Review key performance metrics to determine the success of strategies and improve plans for future initiatives

Craft presentations that showcase the value of partnerships to senior leadership

Analyze consumer, competitive, and industry trends in order to influence business decisions

Clearly communicate and advocate the plans and priorities of the Disney+ product across the various teams at TWDC in order to identify synergistic opportunities that align objectives and achieve goals

Create tools, reports, and processes to effectively communicate projects and contribute to operational improvements where needed

Execute and deliver projects in a highly matrixed and distributed environment.


Basic Qualifications:


Personal affinity for the brands and franchises of The Walt Disney Company

Experience in technical, consumer facing environments with a growth marketing focus

Teamwork, especially as an expert at getting things done, all with a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:


5 years of experience in marketing or promotions for an entertainment company

Proven experience:

Developing and executing marketing campaigns

Leading project management functions including technical

Multi-tasking and leading several projects within a matrixed organization, managing numerous stakeholders

Crafting presentations in Keynote, Powerpoint, and Google Slides


Required Education


Bachelor’s degree in marketing or comparable work experience
