The IT , Supply Chain & Manufacturing, is a critical partner to the Industrial Segment and Business Units. This leader will lead the planning and implementation of Supply Chain and Manufacturing IT initiatives for the Industrial Segment with a focus on technology solutions and processes that will effectively enable BU to support growth, operational effectiveness, extraordinary customer experience, and operating efficiency. This includes turning strategies into tangible initiatives and projects detailed against execution timelines. For this role, a proven leader with demonstrated success leading cross functional teams as well as driving technology initiatives throughout a sizable organization is essential.
Partners with the business units at the senior executive level in the creation of technology and business process to advance business strategies; facilitates ongoing planning for IT investments and aligns business strategies with IT investment and priorities
Accountable for overall project oversight and internal client satisfaction
Identifies and quantifies business opportunities and seeks investment for those deemed high priority. Establishes and manages project portfolio investment parameters. Gains alignment for the creation and management of business parameters (scope, schedule, budget, benefits) and their corresponding flexibility levers
Aligns business needs with appropriate service levels and manages expectations with their business partners relative to IT services
Creates a culture across teams that drives successful delivery and adoption of technology and business process solutions.
Skills and Experience
Provide transformational thought leadership for Supply Chain & Manufacturing process/systems including demand management, sales & operations planning, production scheduling, supply chain execution and all aspects of factory operations – production planning, scheduling, shop-floor execution, and quality management.

Experience / Qualifications
Minimum 8 years’ experience in Supply Chain and Manufacturing business processes
Experience with ERP (ideally SAP) and MES shop floor execution systems
Significant experience in , development, implementation and use of IT systems
Strong business acumen and fluent in business finance
Transformational leader with process improvement knowledge and experience developing ongoing continuous improvements with quantifiable results in upgrading talent, processes, and systems.
