As a Manager in Real Estate Technology, you will lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement corporate real estate technology solutions, including Integrated Workplace Management Solutions (IWMS) such as IBM TRIRIGA, Trimble Manhattan and Archibus. In addition, you will work with Enterprise Asset Management platforms, such as IBM Maximo,
Manager-level responsibilities include: defining and documenting key client business issues, understanding where and how real estate technology can be leveraged to address such business issues, and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall strategy, system selection or system implementation.You will be expected to implement and oversee the quality of deliverables, effectively manage the functional and technical team, support functional tracks of the system implementation and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance.Managers also participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.
At the Manager level, we are looking for individuals with experience in:
Real estate technology strategy development (including business case development and implementation roadmap design)
Real estate technology vendor selection or solution evaluation
Functional knowledge of IWMS and EAM solutions
Technical knowledge of implementing and optimizing functionality within specific IWMS systems such as Site Selection, Lease Admin and Lease Accounting, Transaction Management, Capital Projects, Space Management, and Facilities / Maintenance Management
Leading functional and technical teams in the design and implementation of real estate technology solutions
Experience with other technologies to support the optimization of the corporate real estate function, such as Analytics, Robotic and Cognitive Process Automation and Smart Building technologies.

A Bachelor's degree and 8-10+ years of management consulting and/or industry experience in corporate real estate and facilities management is required.
At least 6-8 years of experience managing large technology IWMS engagements
A minimum of 4 full life cycle implementations
Experience dealing with large, complex real estate portfolios and organizations.
A proven track record of successfully delivering professional services.
Strong problem solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
The ability to travel up to 80-100%.
An advanced degree in real estate or related field
Strong presentation skills and an effective management presence
Eagerness to mentor and counsel junior staff
Experience and understanding with robotic process automation, including vendors such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.
Familiarity with information technologies and platforms: such as legacy ERP, cloud software services, and customer services applications.
Experience with analytics to evaluate and optimize business processes
