Key Role:


Administer a Learning Content Management System (LCMS) and Learning Management System (LMS). Lead process improvements, troubleshooting, problem solving, customer service, and vendor relationship management. Manage systems enhancements and integration of new learning resources. Respond to all LMS work requests and inquiries. Manage permissions and administrative privileges. Work with the LMS vendor to troubleshoot system-specific issues and implement updates as required.


Basic Qualifications:


5+ years of experience with developing and implementing business processes


Experience with Blackboard


Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam


BA or BS degree in Information Technology, Learning Technology, or Computer Science


Additional Qualifications:


Experience with the intelligence community


Knowledge of the Blackboard LMS platform


MA or MS degree in Information Technology, Learning Technology, or Computer Science
