As a Manager/Senior Manager in our Risk Analytics practice you will be working collaboratively across the data, analytics and AI domains, helping some of the largest, most interesting organisations in the world imagine, deliver and run the future - transforming complex business requirements into practical, implementable solutions.
Within our Risk Analytics Financial Services team you will have the opportunity to gain a breadth of insight across a diverse range of prestigious financial sector clients both in the UK and internationally. The successful candidate will have responsibility for:
Working with Investment Banking clients, particularly to deliver services around risk and compliance.
Building on Company’s innovative risk and compliance solution and services.
Managing a strong industry network, identifying and converting sales opportunities.
Determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches.
Managing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

Your professional experience
Significant experience of risk and compliance approaches, methodologies and techniques within Investment Banking.
Functional knowledge of investment banking, and front/ middle/ back office processes and systems, particularly impacting risk and compliance teams and operations.
Proven experience delivering services related to risk and compliance and leading client bids and presentations.
Leading engagements delivering, working with or knowledge on a range of tools in addition to and complimentary to the above
Information management tools (e.g. SQL, ETL, RDBMS)
Visualization tools (e.g. Qlikview, Tableau)
Data science (e.g. R, Python, Alteryx, SAS, SPSS)
Big data tools (e.g. Hadoop, Spark)
Cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud Platform)
Experience managing, strengthening and broadening key client relationships.
The ability to determine client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches.
Understanding of, and experience with, the development of solutions beyond the proof of concept stage into industrial-strength products.
