Job description

We have ambitious growth plans for the United States and a commitment to doing things the right way.We are currently seeking a Managing Director in Charlotte, NC to help provide CIO Advisory services across multiple industry sectors. From day one, you’ll join the South Mini-Hub management team where you will contribute to shaping the future of Sia Partners. Managing Directors have the responsibility of client andbusiness development, solution development, hands-on delivery, and quality delivery and team oversight. The successful candidate will define and accelerate the South Mini-Hub’s CIO Agenda, advancing U.S. southeast capabilities in data science, automation, SiaXperience, and more.


• Accelerate Sia’s CIO Advisory services and solutions in Charlotte, NC and across the southeast

• Leverage global Sia teams to develop local capabilities

• Leverage prior market relationships to win new business 

• Develop new customer relationships by providing CIO Advisory services

• Within 24 months, originate net new $1.5M in revenue and manage $2M in consulting services

• Drive thought leadership and IP generation efforts

• Inspire others through word and deed; build followership

• Collaborate and share knowledge with peers, teammates, and clients

• Travel as needed to attend client meetings, conferences, and recruiting events


• Based in Charlotte Metro area and eligible to work across the United States and Canada

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, engineering, or related field

• Minimum of 8 years of high-tech or fintech experience; 3 additional years of consulting experience preferred

• Bring a professional network that aligns to Sia’s existing and target client base 

• Demonstrate a track record of securing new business especially with technology executives

• Showcase previous experience authoring SOW’s

• Develop successful proposals, manage client work, motivate, and reward teams

• Challenge the status quo – make Sia Partners a better place
